    It is a double ko, so even though it is better than a regular ko, it is still suboptimal compared to solution. That's why it is marked as wrong.

    Double-ko leaves infinite amount of ko threats for opponent and so is not the best answer when one can live without it.

    The problem states no ko, but technically there is a ko. Even if it's a double ko, so there's no problem for white - it's still "life by ko".
