Osamu09: in response to @franp9am, I had to check with AI and if white ignores then black can force white to start a ko by playing D19 and then C18 (if white tries to make an eye at B19 then black can kill with F19). It's also worth to note that since it would be a disadvantageous ko for black, white could even tenuki in actual games
